Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Bags use a specialized production line to mix polypropylene raw materials and functional additives, melt and knead them into sheets, and then stretch them into films. Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene Bags (BOPP) are generally multi-layer co-extruded films. They are made from polypropylene particles that are co-extruded into sheets and then stretched in both longitudinal and transverse directions. Due to the orientation of the stretched molecules, this film has good physical stability, mechanical strength, air tightness, high transparency and gloss, and is tough and wear-resistant. It is currently the most widely used printing film. Generally, the thickness is 18~ 40 μ m^, and the most widely used one is 19 μ m.
